If the foam stability is not good, most of the foam will burst after pouring, resulting in very few pores. Even after pouring, the slurry will collapse and the casting will fail completely. The foam with good stability can not be easily deformed under extrusion, and has a certain pressure resistance to maintain its approximate spherical shape. It can eventually form spherical pores with good hole shape. Foam is the foundation for forming the pores of foam concrete, and it is necessary to obtain gas hole with technical requirements.
